The scrambler has a wheelbase that is 10" longer than the cj7 and has a unique pick up truck top to set it apart from other jeeps. The mileage listed is correct. The engine was rebuilt just before i purchased it. I bought it about 2 years ago from south carolina and used it as my daily driver. Offenhouser manifold , holly carb, efi distributor, new brake booster, new plugs, wires and ignition module. Comes with hard top truck top, full soft top, 2 hard doors, 2 soft doors, covers for all parts, mounted sky jack, 2 mounted 5 gallon gas cans, rear flip up seat and some other stuff i am probably forgetting. The one picture of rust is the only bad spot on the truck.

The Garnet Metallic (3C) paint shows well in photos (this was its original factory color), The factory grey stripes and Scrambler decals are in Perfect condition, along with the wooden bed rails and black fiberglass hard top (all redone to new) . The Body, undercarriage has undergone a frame off restoration and everything has been repainted and rust free. This 1984 Jeep CJ-8 Scrambler was a Colorado native then purchased from its second owner in Florida for a full restoration

Finding an all-steel cj that hasn't been bashed to death on the rocks, modified beyond recognition, or eaten alive by the tinworm is no easy task, yet this handsome black jeep shows off its original bodywork with pride. Sure, it's probably gone to a few remote places, but nobody has abused this jeep, and the extra details throughout indicate that someone truly loved it. The paint has a great shine that will be easy to clean and wears high-visibility renegade graphics that work really well on the black bodywork. With basic panels and no doors, there aren't really any panel gaps to align, but the hood snugs down easily with the chrome latches, and the drop-down tailgate is in excellent condition with none of the usual rust issues. Inside, it's rugged and basic, with black vinyl besttop seats designed to be cleaned with a hose. Heavy-duty floor mats are there for the same reason, but that doesn't mean the cj is bereft of comfort and convenience features. It's all original and nicely maintained, and again there are signs that this jeep was not abused or neglected, and there's a lot of new stuff under the hood, including a fresh carburetor. Underneath, it's extremely solid with a stock 4-speed gearbox, 2-speed transfer case, and stout axles at both ends, all of which make this cj highly maneuverable in the brush. It's not all jacked up and even the exhaust system is a stock setup complete with cata. AM/FM

One family owned 1978 model year jeep cj7 in very original condition bought new in south texas and most of the time garage kept ,very presentable green paint totally redone inside and out back in 1996 and has some minor age caused flaws ,all sheet metal is original and has very few surface rust places,has all original floors,it has a spare tire rack in the back with tow package,high power fog lamps,chrome package,black alloys,white hard top,all the glass in good shape and the hard doors close and open solid,very clean off white interior in original shape and in great condition,the straight six cylinder is original to the truck and runs perfect has all original equipment including working air pump and etc,power steering and power brakes,the truck was sitting for the past 4 years so we checked the brakes and replaced all 4 shocks and added front steering stabilizer shock,we also converted the a/c to r 134a and it is really cold,the truck drives done the road straight and looks great . The transmission is manual and shift smooth and the 4x4 works great. Sarco enterprises was established in 1995.
