The engine is a chevy 305 mated with a turbo 400 transmission, riding on gigantic mickey thompsons in back and skinny tires up front. Seat is from the s-10 pickup. Gas tank is a beer keg! Overall the truck is in very good condition. I bought it here on ebay about 3 years ago and use it in the summer to haul my paddle board to the river and back. It's been very reliable. Garage stored since i bought it. Truck needs nothing.

For complete listing information please select the click to bid button to see this item on ebay. This is a 1953 ford f100 that rides on a 1983 ford f150 big block chassis. The motor is a 460 with cobra jet heads 11:1 compression. All this is matted to a c6 transmission with a shifter kit and a 2500 stall converter for good towing. The transfer case, as well as the front and rear differentials are left as stock. It took 3 cabs and 6 doors to make the truck. This truck has the original emergency brake. It has dual tanks with hidden openers, and the tank switch is on the driver's side floor, just like the original. A third brake light was installed above the back cab window for safety. The fenders were widened in order to fit the larger tires, but these are metal fenders, not cheap fiberglass. The bend was also made wider, and a custom tailgate was made to fit. The seats are from a 2003 ford f150, and the moon roof is from a 1983 el dorado. The truck is in excellent condition and runs and drives great! Everything on this truck works. Air Conditioning

This 1953 ford f-100 pickup is one of those vehicles that makes us stop and gaze in wonder at its beauty. A spectacular frame-off build, it is expertly finished to a very high standard and runs with chevy power under the hood. The seats and center armrest are custom built for this truck, meaning that they're comfortable, supportive, and it's very trick the way they blend into the rear bulkhead, which is also a custom piece. Custom-fitted floor mats, acres of sound-deadening materials, and tinted windows are just some of the thoughtful touches that make this truck so easy to live with. Power comes from a 350 cubic inch chevy v8 which was fully rebuilt and upgraded with that incredible ingelse 8-stack efi system. Turn the key and it runs, it's that simple. The engine bay is ultra-sanitary with plenty of chrome and polished aluminum and careful routing of the lines and hoses to keep them out of sight.
