It's always a kick encountering a classic car that's still in its original form, but when that configuration also happens to include one of the most sought-after drivetrains Mopar ever conjured up and an exterior featuring its original shade, restored to a truly impressive condition and exuding '70s charm, the enjoyment factor definitely climbs a few notches

Rotisserie restored in 2014 this car is flawless. This was a 383 car that has a 440 now. The factory colors are b5 blue with white interior and stripe with hurst 4 speed. I have the original build sheet and fender tag to validate the authenticity. This car has 4 wheel disk brakes, holley 750, edelbrock rpm performer intake, edelbrock aluminum heads, bored . 30, competition cam and lifters pushing 525 hp and 540 torque. The car is as clean as the day it was restored. Also included is the factory wheels, heads, intake and air cover. 34,307 miles.

These guys know what they are doing when it comes to restoration work and have never failed to create quality cars. This super bee is no exception. The car is completely rust free with no bondo. It has the steel power bulge hood with trim pieces that add the perfect touch of red. Part of the appeal of this classic is how well it was designed. Anybody can order parts out of a catalogue but to create a cohesive look takes a little more skill. That level of detail is apparent in features like the redline radial tires which were chosen specifically to add another subtle red accent. All of the glass on the car has been replaced except for the rear which is in great condition and didn't require a new piece. It has all new led marker lights and a painless wiring kit was installed to eliminate any electrical issues. The car looks extremely tough whether its rolling down the road or sitting still and the blacked out oe steel wheels just add more to that toughness. Powering the car is a 440 6 pack v8. These motors were not available in 68 but were released one year later in 69. This motor is an original 69 setup and everything under the hood is just as show ready as the exterior. A majority of the components are painted orange as they would be originally and everything has a very clean look. The motor is backed by a tremec 5 speed overdrive transmission that moves through the gears smoothly and transfers power back to the 3:73 traction lock rear end. The car certainly has the muscle car look and feel but the power steering and power brakes (front disc) make it very comfortable to drive. The interior is done in black and has been kept mostly original except for a few subtle customizations. The upholstery is brand new and looks great. When checking it out in person it is evident that it was just completed. Well that isn't the case here because the trunk is detailed out just like the rest. It has been driven just 100 miles since completion to work out any kinks but other than that has been stored indoors. All it needs now is a new home! Air Conditioning

Discovering a clean, straight, and stealthy high-performance Mopar is akin to a needle in a haystack, and as a result this one enjoyed a fairly comprehensive restoration just a few years ago. With a screaming supercharged 383 under the hood and a 5-speed transmission, this one also happens to live up to the reputation in a very big way. The body shell was restored to a very high standard, and the fit and finish are beyond anything Chrysler could have managed in 1969 AM/FM✔ Cloth Interior✔ CD Player

Everyone was building muscle cars in 1969, but chrysler elevated their game to an entirely different level with cars like this 1969 dodge super bee. This is a car for the guy with vision. It's not a show car and it does need some tlc, but it's got a great pedigree with matching-numbers and a lot of originality. It has probably been painted at some point, but it has plenty of patina that could pass for originality, and there's an argument to be made for keeping it just the way it is. Add a set of correct bumble bee stripes around the tail and almost everyone will recognize this as something special on the street. The super bee was a bit more upscale than the road runner, with its shiny chrome bee emblems and on this car, the details like the bumpers, grille, and black vinyl top are in good shape. The interior is equipped with a set of comfortable buckets that have a very authentic look. Headrests appeared in 1969 and chrysler did them better than the others, so they look like they were always part of the design. These chairs are actually quite comfortable and supportive, and with the console and automatic transmission shifter between them, there's no question about this car's street cred. A full array of gauges look to be in excellent shape and the three-spoke steering wheel with horn ring nails the 1960s look. There's a tic-tock-tach in the dash and a factory am/fm radio high in the center, so they resisted the urge to upgrade everything, which is smart on a car with such a strong pedigree. The matching-numbers 383 cubic inch v8 runs great thanks to a lot of detailing and a few simple upgrades. The giant air cleaner feeds a big 4-barrel carburetor and there's a new distributor up front to light it up. I like the way hemi orange engine paint looks against the gold engine bay and they stuck with a stock look that's very appealing, including the exhaust manifolds and little things like the hose clamps. Those manifolds feed a recent flowmaster dual exhaust. AM/FM

This 1969 dodge super bee is one of those cars that just looks mean sitting still. With a screaming supercharged 383 under the hood and a 5-speed transmission, this one also happens to live up to the reputation in a very big way. Discovering a clean, straight, and stealthy high-performance mopar is akin to a needle in a haystack, and as a result this one enjoyed a fairly comprehensive restoration just a few years ago. The body shell was restored to a very high standard, and the fit and finish are beyond anything chrysler could have managed in 1969. Panel gaps are quite good, the doors close effortlessly, and the sheetmetal looks like it just popped out of the presses moments before the paint was sprayed. Super bee graphics were added on the tail, and the hood carries proper scoops just for effect. Nice chrome bumpers and a bit of stainless trim help with the presentation, and there's just no angle from which this car doesn't look great. While they were built to be budget brawlers, this super bee keeps it all business with a handsome black interior that was probably freshened when the paint was done a few years ago. High-back buckets are a great addition, making it more comfortable and better able to take advantage of the horsepower now living under the hood. A tilt steering column with a custom banjo wheel also helps in the comfort department and there's a pistol-grip shifter with a hurst linkage growing out of the transmission tunnel, now attached to a modern 5-speed with overdrive. Accessory gauges under the dash are a good idea with that much engine up front and a modern am/fm/cd/ipod stereo system has been added as well. The trunk is functional, thanks to a full-sized mat and spare tire, along with a fuel cell and relocated battery. The engine is a built 383 cubic inch v8, which came out of the factory rated at 335 horsepower. Workmanship throughout is race-grade, with billet aluminum and braided stainless hardware to support the big blower. AM/FM✔ Cloth Interior✔ CD Player
